Royal Meath Accordion Orchestra have just been notified by the organisers of the Big Squeeze Festival in Kilkenny that they are to perform at the Gala Concert on Saturday 13th August in St. Kieran’s College, Kilkenny. This is a great honour for the orchestra who are in their first year as an established group.

In addition two of the RMAO members, Rachel Fitzpatrick and Madison Doherty who represented Ireland in last years National Trophée Competition in Martigny Switzerland, will each perform a short recital. Congratulations to both of them and we wish them every success in this years competition in Portugal.
